Provisional list of suitable candidates for Document Verification for engagement of Act Apprentices for the year of 2025-26
आपके द्वारा ऑनलाइन पोर्टल के माध्यम से दी गई जानकारी के आधार पर दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे/बिलासपुर मंडल में वर्ष 2025-2026 अप्रेंटिसशिप हेतु आपका अस्थायी चयन की प्रक्रिया किया जाना है। जिस हेतु इस सूचना के आधार पर SECR/Mix Primary School/Budhwari Bazar/Bilaspur जो की North East Institute/Ground के सामने स्थित है में दिनांक 13-05-2025, 14-05-2025, 15-05-2025 एवं 16-05-2025 तक दो पाली में सुबह 10:00 बजे से 01:30 बजे तमः एवं दोपहर- 03:00 बजे से शाम 06:00 बजे तक रिपोर्ट करें (उम्मीदवारों की तिथि वार सूची अनुलग्नक संलग्र) तथा अपने साथ निम्नलिखित कागजात (Certificate) स्वयं सत्यापित कर दस्तावेज सत्यापन हेतु मूल प्रमाण पत्र अवश्य लायें अन्यथा आपकी उम्मीदवारी निरस्त मानी जाएगी। सभी प्रमाणपत्र सही पाये जाने पर ही एक वर्ष के लिए आपके द्वारा दिये गए ट्रेड अनुसार प्रशिक्षण प्रारम्भ किया जाएगा।

दस्तावेज सत्यापन हेतु :
1. आई टी आई मार्क शीट के साथ प्रमाण पत्र
2. 10 वी मार्क शीट के साथ प्रमाण पत्र
3. जाति प्रमाण पत्र,
4. EWS, PwBD एवं Ex. Service Man प्रमाण पत्र
नोट :- 1. केवल वे उम्मीदवार जो 13-05-2025, 14-05-2025, 15-05-2025 एवं 16-05-2025 को किसी कारण वश अनुपस्थित रहते हैं, वे 19-05-2025 एवं 20-05-2025 को दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के लिए आ सकते हैं।
2. यदि किसी उम्मीदवार को किसी प्रकार की कोई जानकारी प्राप्त करनी हो तो कार्यालयीन दिवस अर्थात सोमवार से शुक्रवार तक सुबह 10.00 बजे से 06.00 बजे तक मोबाईल नंबर 9752876639 मे पूछा जा सकता है।
(On the basis of the information given by you through the online portal, Your provisional selection process is to be done for apprenticeship for the year 2025-2026 in South East Central Railway/Bilaspur Division. For which, on the basis of this information, You should report to the SECR/Mix Primary School/Budhwari Bazar/Bilaspur in front of North East Institute/Ground on 13-05-2025, 14-05-2025, 15-05-2025 and 16-05-2025 in two shifts from morning at 10:00 am to 01:30 pm and from evening at 02:30 pm to 06:00 pm (Date wise list of candidates is enclosed in Annexure-I) and bring the original certificate of the following documents with self attested for verification, otherwise your candidature will be cancelled. If all the certificates are found correct, your Apprenticeship training will be started for one year according to the trade given by you.)
Documents Verification Important Documents:
1. ITI Mark Sheet Certificate.
2. 10th Mark Sheet Certificate,
3. Caste Certificate (SC, ST & OBC),
4. EWS, PwBD & Ex. Service Man Certificate
Note:- 1. Only those candidates who will remain absent on 13-05-2025, 14-05-2025, 15-05-2025 and 16-05-2025 due to any reason can appear for document verification on 19-05-2025 and 20-05-2025.
